Moving Abroad

You are moving abroad. You can notify us of this up to 31 days before the move. You must also notify us if you are going abroad for more than 8 months. This does not have to be a continuous period.

You can report your move abroad online using DigiD or in person at the service counter by making an appointment.

Please bring a valid, original form of identification.

You can also report your emigration in writing. To do so, please fill out the form below in its entirety and email it, along with a copy of your identification, topersoonsbeheer@moerdijk.nl

Proof of Deregistration

On the moving date, we will send a proof of deregistration to the email address you provided.

If you need this proof at a later date, you can request it from one of the RNI municipalities (Non-Resident Registration). For more information, please visit the Dutch government’s website.
