Gaming Machines, Operating License

Would you like to install one or two gaming machines in your hospitality business? If so, you’ll need a presence permit. A presence permit is always granted for two gaming machines. You can apply for a permit valid for one or four years.

Please note: You cannot log in using a chain authorization.

You may not be able to fill out all the questions right away—for example, because you need to look up certain information. Terms and Conditions

• An occupancy permit may only be granted to a high-threshold or mixed-use establishment. In a low-threshold establishment, only skill-based gaming machines may be moved. You do not need a permit for this.
• Only gaming machines owned by holders of an operating license issued by the Gaming Authority may be installed.
• The applicant, manager(s), and administrator(s) must meet the requirements set forth in Article 4 of the 2000 Gaming Machines Decree.
• The manager(s) and administrator(s) are registered in theSocial Hygiene Registry.

• Four-year permit: €362.00
