How does the process of arranging specialized care work?

The youth services professional at CJG Moerdijk invites you to an intake interview. Together, you’ll determine whether—and, if so, what kind of—specialized youth services are needed and appropriate. You’ll make agreements about this and document them in a family plan. Using the family plan as a guide, we’ll work with you to decide on the most appropriate next steps.
