Collaborations
Child Health Clinic / TWB 0–4 Years
TWB offers residents of the municipality of Moerdijk a comprehensive range of services in the area of parent and child care. TWB Youth Health Care can provide support as early as during pregnancy. See the “Services & Training” section.
You may have personal circumstances or questions that you’d like to discuss early on. Starting at birth, you can count on expert support from pediatricians, pediatric nurses, and assistants at the well-child clinic. The professionals at TWB monitor the growth, development, and health of children ages 0 to 18. Upon request, they provide information and advice on health, parenting, and childhood development.
Walk-in consultation hours at the child health clinic
Some locations offer walk-in consultation hours. You’re welcome to visit without making an appointment. At other locations, you’ll need to make an appointment first. Email or call the health clinic to find out what’s available, or ask the pediatric nurse. You can come here to have your child weighed and measured. You can also ask the pediatric nurse any questions you have about your child’s health and development in person. Below are the locations in the municipality of Moerdijk:

Youth Health Care (ages 4–19)
The GGD West-Brabant Youth Health Care (JGZ) is a service that focuses on the health and development of children and adolescents aged 4 to 19. JGZ helps parents, caregivers, and teachers with raising and supporting children and adolescents as they grow up.
JGZ does this by:
- Conducting preventive health screenings in schools to monitor the growth, development, and any potential issues among children and adolescents.
- Providing advice, information, and short-term guidance on topics such as nutrition, physical activity, behavior, parenting, sexuality, and vaccinations.
- Referring individuals to other service providers or agencies as needed.
- Identifying risks or threats to the health or development of children and adolescents, such as child abuse, bullying, or depression.
- Contributing to health policy and collaborating with other organizations that work with young people, such as schools, municipalities, youth assistance services, and youth welfare services.
JGZ consists of a team of professionals, including pediatrician, pediatric nurses, and physician assistants. They work together to provide the best possible care for children and adolescents. JGZ is free and confidential. Parents, caregivers, and children can always contact JGZ if they have questions or concerns about their child’s health or development.
You can also ask your child's school for the name and contact information of the school health doctor or nurse and contact them directly.

The client support specialist at MEE West-Brabant is familiar with the laws and regulations and knows the local and regional care and welfare networks inside and out. The client support specialist will stand by your side and help you during meetings with care organizations or the municipality.
