Municipal Policy

The Moerdijk municipality’s sewer policy is set forth in the Municipal Water Program, along with other matters related to municipal water management.

The Municipal Water Program was adopted by the Moerdijk City Council. In this legally required plan, which was drafted by Moerdijk’s sewer system operators, the municipality also outlines the adjustments needed to the urban water system for the future.

Alignment Regulation

The Sewer Connection Ordinance sets out the rules and agreements that apply in the municipality of Moerdijk for connections to the municipal sewer system. The ordinance explains, among other things, the requirements for permits and the costs associated with a connection, as well as maintenance, replacement, and emergencies.
