I would like to submit a (draft) application

Is de wenselijkheid van uw plan bepaald en/of uw plan (vrijwel) uitgewerkt? Dan kunt u een conceptaanvraag indienen. Heeft u nog onderdelen waarover u vóór de officiële aanvraag nog met de gemeente wil overleggen kan dat door de aanvraag eerst als concept in te dienen.

To submit your (draft) application, please have the following information on hand:

  • construction drawings (elevation, floor plan of the existing and proposed layouts)
  • cadastral map
  • use of materials
  • You can submit your (draft) application online through the national Omgevingsloket
  • Would you like to have someone verify that you have entered the correct information before you submit the request? If so, submit your request as a draft. You can select this option in Step 7, “Submit Requests.”
  • To submit the application: Fill out the application form completely, attach the required documents, and then select the “Submit” option. 

Since the municipality wants to know what your community thinks of your initiative, it may be a good idea to start talking with your community now. You can read more about this on the page“Community Dialogue: How Do I Start a Conversation with My Community?”

You will be notified immediately if you select the “contact the competent authority” option when submitting your application. We aim to process your plan within 8 weeks, depending on the type of plan.

Processing a preliminary application costs €637.05. You do not need to submit a preliminary application for a simple addition or dormer window, but if you are planning a major renovation or building a new structure, it may be helpful to do so. If you subsequently submit an application for an environmental permit, we will deduct the cost of the preliminary application from the total fee.
