Ukrainians – General Information

Do you have a question about the Ukraine refugee assistance program? Please call 06 149 00 462 or email locatievluchtelingen@moerdijk.nl (available Monday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). A municipal employee will be happy to assist you.

Hours of Operation at Schansdijk 12 (municipal field staff office):

  • Monday: 1:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday: Closed
  • Wednesday: 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Thursday: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Be sure to make an appointment throughthe municipality's website. Also, check the town hall's hours of operation onthe municipality's website.

BRP Extract

Do you need proof of registration with the municipality of Moerdijk? For example, for work or travel. If so, request an international extract via the Moerdijk municipality’s website. You’ll need to log in using your DigiD. The fees for a BRP extract are listed on the website.

Legal Support

Do you have a legal question or need legal assistance? If so, please contact the Legal Help Desk. They provide free legal advice and can refer you to a lawyer or mediator if necessary. The Legal Help Desk provides free basic legal advice on:

  • Immigration Law
  • Housing

Public Transportation

Would you like to travel somewhere by public transportation?

There are several apps that can help you with this. For example, there’s the9292 appfor all public transportation in the Netherlands. If you only want to travel by train, you can also usethe NS (Dutch Railways) app.

112NL app

112NL is the official app of the Dutch emergency services: police, fire department, ambulance, and the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee. You can download the app from the Google Play Store or the App Store. With this app, you can call 112 in an emergency, but you can also send a text message in your own language via 112NL. When you call or text 112 using 112NL, you send additional information to the emergency dispatch center. This allows the dispatch center to help you faster and more effectively.
