Zevenbergen Implementation Program

The Master Plan is the final installment in the series comprising the “Building Blocks Report” (May 2009), the “Zevenbergen Downtown Vision” (December 2009), and, finally, the present “Zevenbergen Downtown Master Plan.”

The impetus for this came from the observation that the quality of the center is declining in many respects, combined with the conviction that there are opportunities for significant improvements. All documents were developed through dialogue and collaboration with various stakeholders.

The “Building Blocks Memorandum” lays the foundation for the Master Plan. Based on a comprehensive assessment of the current situation, it can be viewed as a search for opportunities, constraints, and development potential.
