Zevenbergen Evaluation
Preparations are currently underway for the evaluation of the town center vision for Zevenbergen.
This evaluation assesses the guiding principles of the town center vision adopted in 2009:
- Principle 1: A compact store layout.
- Principle 2: Give priority to the hospitality industry, recreation, and sports/culture.
- Principle 3: Multiple uses of space and the importance of housing.
- Principle 4: An accessible downtown.
- Principle 5: The town center as a place for residents to gather and spend time in Zevenbergen.
The results of this evaluation will be incorporated into a new implementation plan for the revitalized downtown area of Zevenbergen. We expect to finalize this by mid-2024.
