Apply for a Business Location Permit

Would you like to offer goods or services from a vendor stall in the municipality? If so, you will need a vendor stall permit.

We distinguish between three types of sites:

  • Permanent stalls: stalls at a fixed location that are used throughout the year on one or more fixed days or half-days per week.
  • Seasonal stalls: stalls at a fixed location that are used for a period of up to three months, on one or more fixed days or half-days per week, to sell seasonal products.
  • Community or non-profit booths: temporary booths used by community or sociocultural institutions, such as political parties, associations, educational institutions, and other nonprofit organizations.

What do I need to submit?

When submitting your application, you must upload the following documents:

  • A copy of a valid form of identification;
  • Copy of Chamber of Commerce registration;
  • Copy of liability insurance policy.

Costs

Applying for a street vending permit costs €103.40. Street vending for social or charitable purposes is exempt from fees.

Pursuant to the 2026 Regulation on the Imposition and Collection of Market Fees and Stall Fees, the stall fee for APV stalls is:

Daily rates for using municipal power at campsites:

Small-scale use€25.00 per quarter
Normal use   €50.00 per quarter
High consumption€75.00 per quarter

Within the municipality, 16 locations have been designated as vendor sites. Please note that not every vendor site has an electrical outlet or is suitable for cooking.
