Event Panels

Are you organizing an event or other activity in the municipality of Moerdijk? If so, you can request that it be posted on the event boards. 

These signs are located along various access roads:

• Cobblestone path in Willemstad;
• Hazeldonkse Zandweg in Zevenbergen;
• Westrand in Zevenbergen.

For events for which you are applying for an event permit or submitting a small event notification, you must request that the event be posted on the event boards at the same time you submit the application or notification form.

Requests

To ensure your event is announced in a timely manner on the event boards, the form must be submitted at least 3 weeks before the event takes place.

Terms and Conditions

An activity can be listed on the event boards if it meets the following criteria. The activity:

1. is open to everyone (whether or not for a fee)
2. makes a positive contribution to Moerdijk's image
3. takes place in the municipality of Moerdijk
4. is preferably not focused primarily on the sale of goods
5. is not based on party politics or any particular philosophy
6. Cultural activities take priority in Zevenbergen
7. tourism-related activities in Willemstad take priority

In general, the principle of “first come, first served” applies, taking the above criteria into account. 

Miscellaneous Provisions

No one is permitted to post advertisements or notices on the event boards.

Costs

There is no charge for using the event panels.
