Housing / Location

When choosing a location for your business, it is important to check whether your plan is consistent with the zoning plan for the area in question. Does this zoning plan allow you to start a business at this location, or is the area zoned exclusively for residential use? 

You are responsible for verifying whether the business activities you plan to carry out at your location are permitted. You can view the current environmental plan on the Omgevingsloket website.

Waste

As a business, you are responsible for arranging the collection of your waste. You can enter into a contract with a commercial service provider for this purpose.

In Zevenbergen and Willemstad, we have a special underground container for food service businesses. With a special waste pass, you can dispose of your general waste here. You pay a small fee each time you make a deposit. Would you like to use this underground container? Send an email toinfo@moerdijk.nl. Disposing of commercial waste in the containers designated for households is not permitted.
