The COA is responsible for operating the asylum shelter on Schansdijk, and the COA bears the costs associated with it. If the municipality of Moerdijk incurs costs because there is an asylum seekers’ center in the municipality, it may receive financial compensation from the COA for those costs. Therefore, no additional expenses are anticipated that the municipality would have to pay itself.
